Motivational Power Quote
Know What to Wish For
"Don't wish it were easier,
wish you were better.
Don't wish for fewer problems,
wish for more skills.
Don't wish for less challenges,
wish for more wisdom."
Earl Shoaf
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Know what to wish for.
Wishing to become better will open the doors for you to take the steps to become better. As we become better we open the doors; the doors of new opportunities.
Opportunity is the gateway of continued success.
Wish to acquire more skills.
Acquiring new skills maximizes our ability to take advantage of our opportunities effectively. Adding new skills gives us the resources to accelerate our success journey.
Wish for wisdom.
Wisdom is the glue that pulls everything together.
Our wisdom helps do the right thing at the right time; and helps us understand who we are; determine what we want to accomplish and how establish a plan to achieve our objectives.
Wisdom gives us the insight on what skills we'll need to achieve success.
Wish for those things that are important to you and that will keep you on the right course for your success journey.
