Lakefront Homes For Sale in Lake Arrowhead

Since I'll be showing lakefront property this Labor Day Weekend, I thought I'd update you on what's available and the price range. There really is something for everyone!

First of all, if you don't already know, Lake Arrowhead is a private, man-made lake and you need to live within boundaries around the lake to use and enjoy it for boating, swimming and fishing. (Ask me for the map).

We currently have 45 active listings on our local Multiple Listing Service from $779,000 - $9,500,000 (one lakefront is actually a 1/6 interest for $160,000).
