Who are your targets going to be without the tax credit incentive?
What about those 1st time homebuyers who missed the boat and want to wait for the next tax credit boat! (Which I hope comes in 2010!) How do you overcome that objection? I feel one asset is low home value and interest rates are still a nice enticement and I think you will see higher end homes start to move as well. Lets hope because Im a Century21 Fine Home and Estates specialist! :)
