Hi Donna I love this presentation and the music  it really adds to the appeal of this great listing.  Did you do the video or do you have someone do it for you.  I have not done videos yet.  I need to get a  video camera soon

Hi June:  The video is so so easy.  You can take still pictures with your digital camera and just load them into a software program that does the work for you with a little of your own tweaking and creativity.  I use www.realestateshows.com  which I learned about right here on Active Rain and is priced very reasonably compared to other programs out there.  Also, check into a the very easy and simple Flip camera which is a video camera.  You can research it here on Active Rain too.
