Taking a Tour:

*Note* A Broker must be with you for your 1st visit in order for you to have representation during the auction. I have toured the condos and they are absolutely amazing. I would love to take you on a tour, answer questions, submit bids or explain the process. Taking a tour is a fast and fun experience. In order to have representation through out the Auction process, you'll need to have your Broker go with you on the first visit. The Auction company will pay for this and it is highly recommended that you don't go about this alone.

  1. Open Daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm
  2. Email to take a tour: soldbyaaron@gmail.com, or
  3. Call 503-332-9777

These Condos were built with the environment in mind. The Atwater PL received a Gold Leed rating. Here's some facts about the construction of the building.

  • 95% of construction waste is targeted for recycling.
  • High efficiency glass reduces solar heat and keeps the building cool.
  • Eco-roofs and Energy Star roofs to reduce "heat island effect".
  • Low flow shower heads, faucets and dual flush toilets to reduce water consumption.
  • Dedicated recycling rooms on every floor.
  • Healthy building materials that do not off gas harmful chemicals.
  • Location next to transit.

So the condo market here in Portland has crashed. The South Waterfront Condos in the Atwater Place are up on the auction block. These contemporary condos have prices slashed to about %50. Amazing deals if you ask me. The condo market here in Portland has been distressed for a long time. I'm glad to see this Auction happen for several reasons. It will liquidate many units that have been sitting empty. It will bring in revenue for the city. I could go on, but you get the point. Email me if you have any questions about these Portland Condos up for Auction. Here's a couple of facts about the auction that I've learned that I want to share.

  1. Take Your Broker with you on your 1st visit.
  2. Get pre approved (they have preferred lenders if you need one).
  3. Pick out a "back up" condo to bid on.
  4. Have your max price established and don't bid higher than that on Auction day.

Good Day and Good Luck,

Aaron Majors
