Attention First Time Home Buyers - your time is running out for the $8,000 tax credit.  You must be closed on your new home no later than November 30, 2009 in order to qualify for the tax credit that is currently in place.  It is currently in the governments hands to decide whether to extend this credit or not but as of today that has not been determined, so don't wait depending on the government.  Go ahead and get your new home under contract prior to Sept. 15th to assure that you will be closed on or before November 30, 2009.
