A real estate brokerage in Goose Creek and in Summerville,SC

Ralph has been with Boyd & Liz Loadholt since before AgentOwned Realty days -- back when Boyd & Liz had the Coldwell Banker franchise in the Charleston SC market. Ralph started his licensed real estate career in the then Coldwell Banker Loadholt real estate brokerage with Liz Loadholt has his broker-in-charge.  He was a really quick starter because

1) he is very smart
2) he is very like-able
3) he grew up around real estate.

Ralph's father owned a Century 21 real estate brokerage after he retired from the Air Force and later after he sold his company, he worked with the Loadholts.  So Ralph really had his Dad again for instruction. This proved to be an excellent team.  Ralph quickly moved into management.

When Boyd & Liz Loadholt decided to open up The AgentOwned Realty Co. in 1992, Ralph was very quick to jump on board. He became the broker-in-charge for the Goose Creek real estate brokerage location. The company was set up as 3 separate division and Ralph became the Chief Operating Officer for the Premier Group of AgentOwned Realty.

Today, the Premier Group has 5 real estate brokerages operating under Ralph's guidance. He is actually the broker-in-charge of the Goose Creek and the Summerville Trolley Road offices.

Ralph is certified by the state of SC to teach continuing education courses -- he also frequently holds training sessions for his agent-owners. Training is a most important topic for AgentOwned Realty real estate brokerages.

Last year Ralph Wetherell was elected President of the Charleston Tri-County Association of Realtors and volunteering his leadership for all of the Realtors.
