A Clemson University graduate, Claude has been involved in real estate for 23 years. He began as a salesman and became broker-in-charge and then later the COO of the Charleston real estate brokerage.
Claude's management style in this real estate brokerage is friendly and approachable. Just ask any agent-owner in his office --- they all love him. He makes himself available to his agent-owners 24-7. Claude has a vast knowledge of real estate --- if an agent-owner has a question, he has the answer or knows where to find it.
Claude is the son of Boyd & Liz Loadholt ---so he grew up with real estate being discussed day and night. He had no choice to listen to the discussions -- he always seemed interested in the profession. He was also the first real estate agent-owner with the AgentOwned Realty's real estate brokerage when it was founded in 1992. As a matter of fact, he was the only agent-owner for several months after the company was founded.
Since Claude is a licensed instructor with the state of SC, he can offer the training for the agent-owners' continuing education at his real estate brokerage.
Claude's hobbies include horses --- he participated in the National Pony Finals in Chicago when he was 14 years old --- his large pony, Swing, was a large part of his teenage years. He has 2 nephews and 1 niece that he makes it a point to be there for them.
