Thankful Thursday-Judy Schneider - Whatcom County Real Estate for Sale

I am Thankful on this Thursday for all of the wonderful people I have met here on Active Rain! It is nice to be able to network and learn from so many people. Locally there is so much competition, that people in this field keep thier distance. It can wonderful to have contacts in other areas to exchange ideas with! There is so much to learn no matter how long you have been in this business. Things are continually changing. Active Rain is wonderful, because we are all from so many areas of the country! Active Rain has been wonderful and Supportive!

I have seen so much kindness from so many of you! All of you have helped me grow in so many ways! I just had to take a moment on Thankful Thursday, to Thank You all!

It's the same with home inspectors here. Few of them want to help each other. Unfortunately, here at ActiveRain, there are some home inspectors who believe that their way is the only way, even in states other than their own, and in states that have no licensing for home inspectors. Alas, it has to be more about one's Clients and helping them than helping the profession itself per sé.

What a great tribute to all who share here on AR! It is somewhat true, among all professions I imagine, no one wanting to give away their best kept secrets, but there is so much that is available, for free, that it seems ridiculous to make your peers reinvent the wheel for some of the more practical things. The learning curve does not have to be so long, if we all share a little...
