Ryan, that's pretty cool how they have the stages set up in different neighborhoods.  I always love when the Peloton goes whooshing by at such amazing speeds!  Thanks.  John

John - It is a great bike race series.  Each race in this stage has a different competition level.  By the end of the night, you get the whooshing.  With 120 foot wide streets, 90 degree turns, and a crowded field, it makes for a fast sprint to the finish.  However, there is always an elite pack that leads the field.

Anna - I don't know about John but I'm not racing.  I am purely a bystander.  But, it is a great tradition and alot of fun to watch.

Didn't know this race existed. Sounds great. Cycling sure has come a long way in this country. :)

Steve - It is the third year or so of racing.  It has become a popular Labor Day tradition for many families in the neighborhoods we serve.

Ryan,  did you get to any races this year?  Every year I really try to make it, but as usual, I had other things going.  Chris
