Many people think of Wellington when thinking of dressage and events.  An area just 35 minutes north of Palm Beach is called Palm City Farms.  This was at one time landscaping and cattle.  Now some of the most pristine equestrian farms are found in Palm City Farms.  Just this weekend, Henk van Bergen  will hold a clinic at prestigious, Quail Hollow Farms.  The Clinic will be Sept 6 & 7. Quail Hollow Farms is a 19.2 acre farm surrounded by beautiful crisp PVC fencing, twin Key West Style barn and an estate home to go with it.  I have this farm listed at a very good price at $2,600.000.  We have had a price reduction; however, if you view my website you will see this is beautiful.
Also. there are great opportunities to take in the Meadow Run Equestrian Community.  This is directly across the street from Quail Hollow.  Stately homes are being built in this development and there is an equestrian center for the community.  For a low, low price of $171,000, five acres can be purchased and have a neighbor in a mansion just across the street.
There are also opportunities for equestrian property a little west of Palm City near Okeechobee.  Sherman Ranches is another equestrian development that got stung and is coming back. Nine beautiful acres in this community can be purchased for $329,000. Travel to West Palm, Okeechobee and Palm City is just minutes away.
Boarding facilities are opening with huge facilities and  arenas.  Just within the last year there have been three huge boarding companies move to Martin County for only boarding.
Palm CIty also is located between Highway 95 and the Florida Turnpike. This is an easy access especially when pulling a horse trailer.
I feel our area is starting to bud a little.  We have seen a stand still for a while but I believe there is light coming over the horizon.
