Think about this now. They are all viewing the same house, at the same time to Possibly Purchase? I don,t know about you but if I am going to buy a house? Now would you believe you would be able to get your best price and terms with some many people looking at the same time?

I know when I take clients out to see say 8-to 10 homes there is always 30% of the homes in any price range always look so much better then the rest. You know as well as I do many of the listings in that price range we picked to view a couple will be over priced for the value, a few will be under priced for the value. Well on this bus tour you don,t think the 10-15 people on this bus can.t see this too? And they are all reading body language as many like the same house you do but don,t want to lead on to others that they have interest.

What do you do if you have more than one client on the tour want to make an offer on the same property? Do you represent both? Do yo have clients sign buyer rep agreements?

I do not take more then one buyer out at a time, this is what I was referring to in the post. I don't understand why home buyers would want to go on a home to with several other buyers? Makes no sense to me ! Your Thoughts? Thanks for reading and commenting on my post.
