The $8,000 Homebuyers Tax Credit is Expiring Soon. Please Don't Miss Out.

If you’re a 1^st time home buyer, there’s great news for you.

Not only are interest rates still at all time lows, lenders really want to lend you the money!

And, your government is giving away $8,000 free money, in the form of a tax credit!

Yes, you read that correctly. Free money!

But you have to act fast. A deal this good won’t last forever.

In fact, the 1^st Time Home Buyers Tax Credit is set to expire on November 30^th.

So, if you’re thinking of purchasing your 1^st home, you had better act now!

Craig - Great to keep this information out front and center! Your countdown is a great visual reminder that there ISN"T MUCH TIME LEFT!!!

I think buyers are starting to get nervous about time running out for the $8000 Tax Credit for first time home buyers but they still do not realize there really is not that much time left. Great job staying on top of this for your buyers Craig!

Terrie - Hey #343! Buyers should be getting nervous about missing out on this tax credit. It's free money for heaven's sake! If they're fence sitting waiting for home prices to go lower or for rates to do the same, they'll miss out.

Craig - OMG that video was so corny but extremely creative! You sure know how to make me laugh and I can attest to your being fun to work with. I met Craig when my parents decided to buy a home in Cary NC. We placed a call at about 8pm and amazing enough someone answered the phone. Not only that he was able to show the property within a half hour! Because of that kind of dedication he sold that home to my folks and did a great job. This is why I like working with Craig and if you are a buyer or selling your home and are reading this think for a moment...who do industry professionals use when they buy their own home? Craig Rutman of course! He'll keep you laughing during the process and do a great job.
