Portland Condo Auction - Atwater PL - South Water Front - How do I participate?

By
Real Estate Agent with Portland Realty Hub LLC

Slowing condo sales in Portland brings the Atwater Place on the South Waterfront into the public eye. These condos go on the Auction Block on September 20th, 2009, presented by Accelerated Marketing Partners, The Excell Group, Inc. 40 of the luxury condos will have this fate. Bidding starts at about 50% off the original sales prices set for these units. I was impressed with the quality of the work when I toured them. Almost every unit has river views. Very contemporary. I give this auction a "thumbs up". This is how you would participate:

  1. Set up a tour (you can do this here or contact your broker).
  2. Get pre qualified with a Lender (on site lenders available).
  3. Attend the Auction on the 20th

Easy as 1,2,3!

Taking a Tour:

*Note* A Broker must be with you for your 1st visit in order for you to have representation during the auction. I have toured the condos and they are absolutely amazing. I would love to take you on a tour, answer questions, submit bids or explain the process. Taking a tour is a fast and fun experience. In order to have representation through out the Auction process, you'll need to have your Broker go with you on the first visit. The Auction company will pay for this and it is highly recommended that you don't go about this alone.

  1. Open Daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm
  2. Email to take a tour: soldbyaaron@gmail.com, or
  3. Call 503-332-9777

Why live on the South Waterfront?

The South Waterfront in Portland is one of Oregon's newest Condominium projects where contemporary living meets nature. Residents and visitors find urban living relaxing and enjoy the natural elements along the Willamette River. The South Waterfront has transformed Portland into one of the most livable cities in the country. The Point Towers in Vancouver B.C. are said to have inspired this collage of alternative transportation, parks, trails, green building practices, mixed use retails and modern art and design.
