We work in a service business...there are varying degrees of knowledge and service.Very few buyers or sellers ask their potential Realtor some easy and simple questions that will help them make a great choice on who they end up working with.
Questions that buyers should ask their potential Realtor-
1.Are you available? Are you available at least 6 days a week?
2.If I call you what is your usual response time? 1 hour,2 etc.
3.Do you show the properties yourself to me or is your assistant going to do that for you?
4.If I DO sign a Buyer/Broker agreement what is your policy if you don't live up to your end of the bargain? Can I cancel it?
5.Can you accommodate me on showing me early or late instead of the 8-5 schedule?
6.How many years in the business full time?
7.Are you a transactional or relational Realtor? If they don't know what you mean
on that one they are Transactional....you are another number to them....
Relational Realtor's are as concerned/more concerned, about you and your family as they are about
the commission check...
These are just some of the questions to start with....It will help you get a good start by
starting out with someone that you can work well with...

P>S> if you need help finding a GREAT Realtor in your area let me know...we help interview them
and love to make it a great match for you and your personality!
Availability is a pet peave with me. I call signs when showing buyers homes, and either get no answser, no return phone call, or "mail box is full, not taking messages". They must think homes sell by magic.
