NO Client is too Small- I am a full service Broker in the OZARKS!

I got a text message the other day from our Oldest Daughter. Her boss is in a situation and needs immediate help.

Of Course I am here to SERVE!

Joplin to Springfield and in between. (as a disclosure, just because I CAN help you BUY or SELL anywhere doesn't mean I am going too)

To make a short story long- EBONY is a 2 yr old FEMALE Lionhead-Rabbit looking for a new place to call home.

Hubby said to bring her home b/c he hasn't had stew in awhile (seriously do you guys think that is funny?)- NOT-

I offered her to my Wednesday Night Bible class to the "student who did their Best". Amazing class with perfect kids, (I did get a talking to from one parents who suggest I need to ASK first before trying to give away Live Pets!) I answered back that the 'parent' needs to say YES- & THANK YOU when offered such a generous gift!

Shannon from my office in OZARK is looking for a tame rabbit for her daughter, she asked that I send a picture. I think that if I am going to take a photo I am going to get some advertising out of it.

Hey, Cheryl - I'm so proud of you. Very well done! It's too bad that it's too late for the Nature & Marketing contest, but it's never to late for business.

Russel, What I took away from the contest was to use Original Nature Photos that mean something to us and tag it to use in marketing. I think this is exactly what fits my personality!. As I come up with these little cards, they will be worked into my drip campaigns. BTW the bunny is headed to her new home.

I think I voted in all the groups, one thing I noticed is that even though they were great photos, the contestants missed the boat when it came to identifying a slogan with the company logo etc...

I know there is a learning curve but we need to remember to check our MLS rules about what has to be on an add. In my case I plan to use my postcards in my e-mails so the e-mail is branded with company logo and details etc.... Think I am covered

Cheryl - Megan says thank you for the bunny. She has found a good home and we look forward to taking good care for her. Megan wants to know what her birthday is. I will post pics tomorrow. We have renamed her EBUNNY.

Shannon, I love the New Name! I will ask Raelynn's "boss' if the b-day date is known. I added a link to the lionhead rabbits, interesting breed. If you will have Megan "save" the hair from around Ebunny's face when she brushes her, I will make her a felted key-chain. Glad you are enjoying her. cw
