On Wednesday afternoon a client from a different Agency called us to see if we could save him money. A colleague of his referred him to us. His insurance agency that he was with for over 12 years was changing carriers. We gave him a quick quote over the phone, he told us he would be in today to sign the papers and get it started. When the client got here he was introduced to Michael. Michael sat down with him and started going over the 10 different Carriers we work with for his Auto insurance. Once they decided on an Auto policy that was suitable for him, Michael suggested Renters insurance. The customer was undecided about the renters insurance because he didn't want to pay anymore money. Michael proceeded to tell him that he would receive a "MULTI-POLICY DISCOUNT" that will help him save more on his auto.

This customer, now a client of ours walked through our doors with two vehicles on his auto policy. One of the vehicle's had no comprehensive coverage and no collision coverage. His other vehicle had only comprehensive coverage. He had lower limits then recommended. Michael explained the coverage's to him so that he had a better knowledge of them.

The customer left our office that day with no doubt that we SAVED him money. He also left with Collision and Comprehensive Coverage's for BOTH his vehicles and higher limits. Just by walking through our doors, taking 30 minutes out of his day he saved over $1,100.
