Kelly:  I remember when I was selling on site for a new home builder... everyone would ask "how much the model was"... and also ask when it would be for sale.  In the past... a few folks... for whom status would be important... would wait until the model was available, and then make an offer on it.  Good luck !

It is also funny what the marketing folks do as far as labeling things.  You call them "attributes"... and in this area they are called "amenities."  Heck... how about just calling them "extra stuff ?"  LOL

Thanks for the comments!  Yes, and everytime we move our sales office and furnish a townhome, someone wants to buy the furnished model!

That's ok, we just keep moving our model.  It works!

Kelly:  I went for over fifteen years working for builders on site... and never had many of the holidays off... like Labor Day, the Fourth of July, memorial Day, and even New Years Day.  It wasn't until I went back to being an agent that I finally had those days off.  But... you do what you need to... to make it work.  Take care... hope you get some traffic.
