Be on the 1st Page of Google in One Hour With a Street Address and Long tail Key Word Description..Then Snagit

Last Night I posted a New Condo Listing with a Points2 Virtual Tour in Active Rain....just a hour Later I was at the Top of the Page in Google under the following searches

400-630 Montreal Street
James Bay 2 bed & den Condo
James Bay 2 bed waterfront Condo

How and Why....First I posted the Street addresss in the Heading along with a description of the Condo and location, why you say, the address should be unique and Google will give you Top Billing when you search that Address. You Say so What, will I also put a Sign Topper that Says Google This Address...No Charge for that Marketing Tip.

The Good part is, most Consumers enter a long description on what the are wanting to find in their Google Search, such as " James Bay 2 bed & den Condo'"..now because I have this in my title and body of the post, Google Gives me the Top of the Page on this Search.
So after posting my New James 2 bed & den Condo listing in Active Rain I looked an hour after my post and sure enough, I found my self under the Street address Search.."400-630 Montreal Street"..then "James Bay 2 bed & den Condo" Search and also "James Bay 2 bed waterfront Condo" in all incidents I ranked at the Top of the Page in Google...

Try this in your next property posting here, put the address in first followed by a long description in the heading and repeat throughout the Content of your post.

Words do make a difference in google and other searches. Thanks for the tip.

After I took a Virtual Tour class, I added the VT at a couple of places on the net and if a client, not really knowing the area but heard about some of it" searched on the Sub division/community and city and state the VT was #1 on google. My best client potential has no idea of addresses when they begin their search on the web for homes for sale so I tried to capture a possible or basic search one might try.

I will try your suggestion on the "Google this Address" though on my next listing.

Wow, Fred, this is impressive! I'm not sure how I would incorporate that into my line of work but so far I use the heading, keep keywords in the post and tags and it's been working well. Thank you for the info.

Hi Asiyah...With outside Blogs it's hit and miss..Active Rain has lots of Fresh Content and Google Likes the blog posts from AR..I usually see results faster to with posts here.
