Its that time of year where the seasons are changing. We had a beautiful summer, with exceptional summer days

Fall on Maui, kids head back to school, and you notice a slight change in the air.

One thing that I really enjoy is the colors of all the different trees displayed with brilliant colors.

Sunsets become a little more rich in the setting sun as it slowly changes position.

The water temptures become ever so slightly a few degrees, but still you can feel the change.

One really nice thing about this period before the winter season, it is a little bit quieter and a great time to visit Maui. So if you have Maui on your mind, follow your dreams, and experience fall island style.

Aloha,

Looks like our Spring here in the mountains. Would love to visit Hawaii and see the Humpback whales someday.

You are killing me with these photos.  The jacaranda tree reminds me of Curtis William Costs' paintings of Upcountry -- so lovely.  Wish I was there!
