I would have to say SEO too.  $100 won't buy you very many print ads and they are only good for so long.  I think print advertising is dead anyway in these parts. 

SEO is good for a long time!

Getting a website is an awesome idea, and then put your active rain site to use. This site is google food, and it can get you alot of additional exposure for nothing! Business cards and marketing yourself to your "sphere" is a great place to start. Advertising and marketing are crucial, so you might want to allocate a bigger chunk. Good Luck!
