I am going to have to say it is at the House of Congress, and all those people are the ones who are tired of all the hot air and have hung their heads out the window trying to get a fresh breathe.

It is at the Skydome in Toronto .(now with a new name). When I lived to TO I walked past it many times. I was actually was an extra in the opera Aida at Skydome. There were 1000 extras and my role was to wave a palm frond. The paid me NOT to sing. Brings back memories. :)

Marcia - You are correct! It was taken at the Rogers Center (formerly the Sky Dome) in Toronto during my visit in August. Thankfully, my nephew lives right there and we used his parking space or it would have cost us $40. People were coming in for a Jonas Brothers concert that day.
Jonas Brothers? I'm a little disappointed in the Canadian people. :)

Joe - I agree! Teenage girls were all over the place dressed in crazy outfits and weird make up. You could here them screaming inside the Sky Dome 2 hours before the concert. We were in the area becuase the family went up the CN Tower that day.
Jon - two great shots, I would have gotten the first wrong, thinking it was somewhere in Montreal. But, terrific perspective of both buildings.
Sounds like the roof at Rogers Centre was open that day. Did you hear all of the screaming while at the base of the CN Tower or also while you were in the observation and/or space decks?
Marc - The roof was closed but you could still hear the screaming as we walked by.
I love the photo! And is that an Office Depot sign I see on the front of the building? ;-)
Sorry Lisa - It looks a bit like Ofiice Depot but it actually says "Rogers Center".
