Just a quick update to let you know that the fist block of 8 townhouses by C.H. Clement Construction os now sold out. You don't have to worry because the second block of 8 has just been released and the good news is that the price has not increased. The middle units are stil $205,900 and the end units are only $212,900.
The townhouses come standard with hardwood and ceramic on the main floor and ceramic in all bathrooms. There are 2 options to choose from in the units. You can have the standard home but you can also get an extension at the rear of the home which extends it by almost 4 feet.
