If they write a contract today they will be struggling to close on certain loan programs. The bench is going to be cold sitting there by themselves soon.

I hope that this works and gets some other who have been sitting on the sidelines out to buy as well.

They should extend it and apply it to all buyers. The goal is to clear out the inventory.
