Virginia, I've got it! Free cow with every new home purchase. What do you think?
Marcy - Yes, it was almost like a tatooed face - she just stared me down, I stayed in the car. :)
Greg - that is brilliant - I will have Annie start on the website landing page right now. This may give a new interpretation of Range Pricing - gotta tell Broker Bryant. Way to think out of the box!
Mooving to Gunlock? LOL! I do love cows, so this would be a huge incentive for me to buy a home. Great photo!
Thanks, Mara - it would be a good mooove for ya.
Monique - Maybe she was posing - definitely not camera shy.
You had me until no cow tipping, Why can't you cow tip, did they not give good service? I believe in always giving at least a 15% gratuity.
Todd - The cows at Gunlock always do a wonderful job, however, they are on salary and are not allowed to accept tips - I believe it is to stay in compliance with IRS - if one cow did a superlative job and accepted tips, IRS might assume that all cows are getting tipped, and assess taxes accordingly. It is hard to be in a herd.
Virginia, this is an outstanding photo - the colors are amazing! Gunlock is a beautiful place - cow tipping? Big sport among college kids in some parts.
Sharon, It would have been a better shot if my side mirror wasn't in the right corner, I had to crop it out. I don't think they actually tip any cows at Gunlock State Park -:) - but I did meet some guys when I was in Mississippi who said they used to do that when they were college age - pretty mean, don't you think?
No cow tipping? Now where's the fun in that?! Although, that looks like a cow you don't want to mess with...
Janna, yes, what a bunch of party-poopers. You are right, that cow was very intimidating - I took that shot from the car.
When people here from the big city learn I am from Nebraska the first thing they ask (about 75% of the time) is "have you ever gone cow tipping"?
That's what this picture reminded me of. Now I know where to take them (under the darkness of night)
KIDDING!
Hey Renee - and if anyone googles cow tipping in mesquite nv - I have the top 6 results! LOL
So - - have you ever gone cow tipping?
Virginia - I think cow tipping is slowly becoming a lost art. That is pretty funny having the top 6 in cow tipping !
Virginia, I'm from Hawaii so the "cow tipping" enigma interests me...I've heard about it and yet still can't imagine how anyone can tip a cow. I'm going to look on YouTube and see what I come up with...hee, hee! :D

This is really cute, Virginia! Have an awesome weekend:-) I am from IL, so I have heard of cow tipping! Cool photo!
Hi Virginia! Just checking in to see how you're doing! I love the photo--funny story--I had never heard of cow tipping until I met my husband! He used to do it all the time--now, he is a native Charlottean and I'm a city girl but, he lived close enough to the outskirts of the city that used to be farm land that he had more 'experience' with farms than most do who live in rural areas! When he told me that he used to do that I initially thought how cruel that was then, as I heard more and more stories, I just had to chuckle!!
Have a wonderful Sunday...
