WOW, they must have built a lot restraunts in Austin during the past 10 years because according to my wife (a UT Grad) apparently the only thing to eat when she was there was Shiner beer and Chevy's!!! LOL

That is funny! I remember college days and poverty. Sometimes when I am feeling like it is tough right now, I just role the memory clip from my college days and thank God for where I am now. Ha

Hut's is one of my favorite places ever! Best Burger in the city as far as I am concerned.
