
The Sunday evening concerts are back! The Bluemont Concert Series is set to begin again on June 17th, on the lawn of the Old Loudoun County Courthouse in downtown Leesburg, Virginia. The concerts, which begin at 7 pm, are family oriented; you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, and picnic if you would like! No pets, alcohol, or smoking is allowed. Admission costs $5 a person, $2 for children 12 and younger; Bluemont Friends and seniors pay $4 each. In the event of rain, concerts will move inside at Smarts Mill Middle School, at 850 N. King Street, in Leesburg. This is the 26th season for the concert series!

June 24th : Carolina Chocolate Drops (classic string band)
July 1st: Roy Carrier and the Night Rockers (zydeco)
July 8th: Mark Newton Band (bluegrass)
July 15th: One Horse Town (rodeo rock)
July 22nd: Danny Knicely (Andean jazz)
July 29th: Pan Masters (traditional Caribbean steel band)
August 5th: Huancara (Argentinian folk rock)
August 12th: Notorious (fiddle, banjo, song)
August 19th: Mary Ann Redmond Band (soul, R&B)
