Amenities in the development include more than 800 gated acres of natural beauty offering estate-size residences, as well as a beautiful garden-home living, all with meandering trails, two private fishing lakes and a private pool. Better still, it's all just a stone's throw from Hot Springs' business, medical, professional and retail amenities.

The Southern Living Idea House at Hot Springs will be open for tours June 9 - Sept. 30 and will be featured in the August 2007 issue of Southern Living magazine.
Description:
Nestled in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains near Lakes Hamilton and Catherine, this stately 4,500 square-foot brick home evokes old-world elegance with Georgian and French architectural influences. Designed by renowned residential designer Rick Gary Riley of Plano, Texas, a large open terrace greets visitors and welcomes them into the home.

Once inside, the wrought-iron doors, brick floors and archways accent the front foyer while a winding staircase draws the eye upstairs. Tucked beneath the staircase, a wine closet stands ready for entertaining. The main floor features a large, open family area with a fireplace and brick arches that open into the spacious eat-in kitchen. In the rear, an outdoor living area has two covered porches and an open-air kitchen and fireplace.

The exhibition is sponsored and presented by Business of Entertainment, Inc., producers of live theater, films, documentaries and photography exhibitions.
Description:
Inexpressible grief. Unalloyed joy. Determination. Apprehension. Love. Fear.
They're the faces of The American Soldier. They span the time from the advent of photography during the Civil War through the present wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

All are compelling.

The American Soldier, A Photographic Tribute, contains 114 photographs, from the Civil War to the Iraq war.

The American Soldier salutes all American soldiers - Minute Man, pony soldier, doughboy, grunt, dog face or GI - with photographs that capture the essence of American soldiering over more than 150 years, ever since the birth of photography.
The enlarged photographs cover America at war from the Civil War, Spanish American War, Boxer Rebellion, World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the 1991 Gulf War, Afghanistan and Iraq. They capture the danger and the frustration, the humor and the beauty, the camaraderie, the death and the victory that American soldiers have experienced.
