I am not one to use fancy words, long running sentences. I prefer to be more direct. So, here it goes....

This is your house when it is priced right.....

This is your house when it is overpriced.....

Get the picture? When you price too high no one even sees it!

Clever post! You are so right but so many times the seller tells the realtor what they "have to walk away with" and the tail wags the dog!

Great portrayal of an overpriced listing! Hopefully, sellers will get the picture.

That is great and it is a great idea to show on listing appointments!!! No one will see their home..

Gary, that's a clever way to get your point across. It's so true too.

also, thanks to the ability of buyers to view many properties through various internet outlets, they know when the price is too high.
