This charming bungalow had all the right touches. Beautiful molding and hardwood floors. Custom tile in the bathrooms and granite counters in the kitchen. New appliances and a gorgeous fireplace.  The backyard was spacious with a massive deck for multiple uses.  Even with all of these fabulous features the Realtor insisted that the home be staged for maximum appeal. The homeowner resisted, but the Realtor insisted. Staged to Sell came in and added the right touches to enhance the property even more and there were offers within a matter of days!

WOWZERS....now that is significant.  I wonder if there would have been any offers without the staging....guess we will never know but it sure does look like it was worth it.

The Realtor sure made the right call.  What a difference Kym!  Your staging has highlighted the focal points and showcased the beautiful built-ins.   Lovely work!

Love it Kym and the phrase, "the seller resisted, REALTOR insisted" the support of a Realtor is what all home stagers in this industry need. I hope more will understand the value.

Love the dining room, built ins can look so sterile without anything in them...making staging so important!  Looks beautiful.  Hope one of the offers panned into a sale!

What a blessing: a  realtor who knows the wisdom of investing in home staging -- and the wisdom to choose you to do it! It looks beautiful. Those windows in the living room are just fantastic.

Love the title, it should be the title of a book.  Can't tell you how many times this has happened, and the house has sold within a couple of weeks!

Hi Kym, now the house has a personality that is speaking to the buyer and it is saying..."buy me". Great work and bless the agent for insisting.

That realtor is one to keep.   He/she is smart enough to know what must be done to sell a house.

Kym,

Staging makes a difference, especially in a vacant home.  Kudos to the realtor - wish I had realtors like her on the Coast.  Good work.

What a beautiful home now that you have worked your magic.

Most people don't have the imagination to see the possibilities ... the Realtor was right to insist ... it made all the difference.

Beautiful ... I especially love that dinning area.
