For those that plan to buy that first home before the December 1, 2009 deadline for the federal tax credit, we have standing inventory in several locations that are in USDA eligible areas.

I have seen some ready incredible deals for these first time homebuyers....some of them are paying less now than they did in rent...all with no money down and state and federal tax credits available to them.

I have been telling my buyers they should place a contract on a home before Oct 16th.  I don't want them to miss out on our $8000 tax credit.  First time home buyers have been amending their 2008 tax returns and receiving their money in approx 6 weeks!  I am in Texas so I am not sure how it works in Georgia.
