The summer is almost over and we don't see a big recession in Warr Acres Oklahoma.  In fact, as we look around the Oklahoma City and Edmond area, there is lots of business and growth.  The Greater Oklahoma City area seems to be doing well in a lot of areas.  In fact the State of Oklahoma is going forward and not allowing fear to overcome her.

As Oklahoma City area Realtors, we have seen a new Golden Corral open it's doors in Warr Acres.  Previously, a Taco Bell opened near the same location.  Both of these restaurants are in front of a new hotel that is under construction.

AAA should have their new Call Service Center opened by the end of the year near north May and the Kilpatrick Turnpike, and I-40 is in the middle of a total rebuild.  Bricktown is growing like crazy and the riverboats are running back and forth up the Oklahoma River.

As the time for the first time buyer incentive runs out, we have seen a lot of homes sold.  This has helped a lot of families that wanted to move up to a larger home see their dream come true.  It has helped many individuals get their first home.  Purchasing them at really good prices, after several years and the economy becomes stronger, they will have gained some equity to help them move forward with even more property.
