As Summer is coming to an end make sure that you and your family get the best of it here in Redding, CA. Remember to visit all of our beautiful secenery that surrounds the city and enjoy the gorgeous lakes. Here are some of the places you can go!

Shasta Lake/ Shasta Dam
Shasta Lake, Shasta Dam, and Mt. Shasta can all be seen in this aerial photo. Shasta Lake is the largest lake in California, and offers visitors their own little piece of paradise on a houseboat, ski boat, or waverunner.

Burney Falls
This spectacular waterfall issues from an underground spring. Even when the above ground stream dries up in the summertime, the falls continue to roar over the 129-foot face of the falls at a chili 47 degrees.

Sundial Bridge
The Sundial Bridge is an actual working sundial (the largest working sundial in the world that is also a bridge) that casts its shadow on a giant garden-lined dial plate at the north end. Be sure to visit the bridge at night time too, it has become the favorite subject of many great photographers.
