I have been asked this question by so many people over the last month. People just don't understand how it effect their credit? I am also surprised at the amount of people that are in trouble? It is a choice like anything else and is personal. Although most would say short sale, if the bank as for a quit claim because they have ways of moving it faster then I would recommend it. You can go a long way by helping the bank help you.
