Franklin real estate sales in the month of August continue to improve in Franklin, and if the momentum says with us, we should be back to a neutral market soon. Right now, the pending sales for Franklin seem to be telling us that the fall is going to contnue to improve, especially over last year.

I do not believe we are seeing as good a recovery here in Dyersburg area as you are seeing there in Franklin.
