According to CNNMoney.com home sales have been on an upswing causing first-time home buyers are struggling to find homes in their price range. It is so important that first-time buyers considering making a purchase be out looking for properties as they are becoming more few and far-between. As stressful and frustrating as the search can be it should also be encouraging to both buyers and agents - the market is finally going up! According to realestatenews.com Existing Home Sales increased by 7.2% from June to July which is the forth month in a row. The new home market also increased the most it has since February of 2005.

So what does this all mean? It means first-time buyers need to be get in the race if they want to receive the benefits of the tax credit and what better way than to attend our seminar!
