Question...do you have luck advertising Open houses on Active rain. I have been trying to think of better ways to draw traffic.

Yes, we do get some buyers to come from the Activerain website along with other sites that we put open houses on. I always put it on Realtor.com, Remax of Nj, Vflyers and Trend. We have found that only certain location work for open houses. I try to make sure that the location is very visible for ride by traffic and also price point sensitive
