Kelliwood Courts is a private, gated, patio home, golf course community with about 42 homes, some of which are located on the Willow Fork golf course while others are interior and exterior lot homes. It is located roughly .75 miles west of South Fry Road off of Westheimer Parkway. There were three builders, Brickland homes, Westkey Homes and Brighton Homes who built most of the homes. The homeowners must really love this neighborhood because not many people sell and move out. In fact, there have been less than 10 sales since the beginning of 2007.
