Well so far I have established contact with the primary lender and now I have a direct line and a name to deal with. They have my completed Short Sale package and are reviewing it. The second part may be harder but we shall see over the next few days. I have now established contact with the second lender and after only 3 attempts they acknowledged reciept of my Authorisation and are communicating with me. Now to complete their Short Sale package and submit that.
