1. Knowledge of the market - they want to see 3 perfect homes. They also want their agent to be on top of the contract and legal rights and issues.
2.Responsiveness - Always be available in 10 minutes or less. Know how they like to communicate - by phone, by Internet, by mail, by fax, in person, or other ways. People will wait for their doctor or attorney, but they will not wait for their Realtor.
3. Enthusiasm - Be extcited about the area and life in general. People want to feel good and have fun while buying a home.
4. Honesty and Integrity - People want to do business with an agent they feel they can trust. For many people this is one of the biggest decisions of their life.They want an agent who treats their money like it was their own.
5. Genuineness - People want someone who is real, who cares, who is believable.
6.Consistent - People want an agent who is always there for them and constantly working to find them the best deal as the best price and always in contact- before, during,and after the sale.
7. Accountable - Agents must answer for their actions. They admit mistakes and correct them. They are someone you can count on.
8. Follow through- They do what they say and say what they do
9. Communication - They stay in touch in a method and time frame that the clients want.
10. Adopt them like your family - before, during, and after the purchase
11. Live, work, and play together -My clients are my friends. We even celebrate holidays together.
12. Happy, loving, joyful- Fun! Fun! Fun!
13. On target- focused, driven, and goal oriented
14. SUCCESSFUL - everyone wants a WINNER!
