As of June 13, 2007, here are the active, contingent and pending properties in the Lunada Bay area. Lunada Bay is a community in Palos Verdes Estates. There are nearly 1500 homes in this region which begins at the southern city border, west to the ocean, east to the RPV border and north to the intersection of PV Drive West and Paseo Del Mar at Bluff Cove.
