1. not enough time and always too much too do
2. my sense of urgency is not others' sense of urgency
3. buyers, sellers, and agents are not in reality on price- too high or too low depending on which side you are on
4. always being tough so people don't take advantage of me and take my money - ie. repairs, utilities, cleaning, etc.
5. always being happy and positive when most others are throwing arrows at me all day long
6. selling houses in a market where sellers don't want to sell and buyers don't want to buy- RESISTANCE on all sides
7. People changing their mind and not telling the truth of their real story- we can play any game they want if we know the game
Other than that, being a real estate broker is FUN! EXCITING! MY PASSION!
