Ladies and gentlemen, just today a blog was written by my boss John Evarts in an effort to introduce me to all of the fine folks on this site. You can read this fine piece of literature by clicking here.
However, I could not in good conscience accept his praises without dispensing a few of my own. I can only hope that as I gain momentum on this site and try to develop a faithful base of readers, that I can one day mirror the greatness of the guy that I have the privilege of calling my boss. Ladies and Gentlemen, the award for "Stud of the Year" goes to.......John Evarts!
For those of you who have never had the pleasure of meeting John, allow me to take a few minutes of your time to recount my first meeting with John. I had recently quit my previous job and was floundering about wondering what to do with my life. My wife had recently taken her California Real Estate Exam, and took a meeting with Dave Mckean the owner and broker of Classic Real Estate. Dave told me about Classic's sister company Classic Property Management and gave me a brief overview of the work that they did. Needless to say, I was extremely interested in joining the team and began studying for the state exam 
which I passed about 6 weeks later.
The first time I saw John, I thought, "This is a cool dude." I can honestly say that John is the first boss that I have actually never disagreed with...yet! As you can see by looking at the photo on the right, John has all of the qualities that have become staples of any great leader: An honest expression, massive amounts of charisma, the features of a Greek god, let's face it...the guy is, for lack of better words, the stud of the year!
So what makes John a Stud? This guy knows the rental business inside and out. There is never a question that goes unanswered when John is around. If any of those reading this blog are considering utilizing the services of a property management company, look no further than the stunning face to the right of this paragraph.
