Directions for Finding John Elwell - Real Estate Agent at CENTURY 21 Bill Nye Realty in Zephyrhills, FL

Even though CENTURY 21 is a well-known real estate franchise, it is hard to believe how many people call me and than ask "Now where is your office located." We are located in a nicely remodeled auto parts store that, unfortunately, was painted grey and black. So we do not stick out very well as you go down State Road 54 to the west of Zephyrhills, Florida. County signage limitations also make it harder to see us than it should be. The actual address is:  CENTURY 21 Bill Nye Realty, Inc. 34619 State Road 54, Zephyrhills, Florida 33541.

We have an excellent location nearly at the intersection of Eiland Boulevard/Morris Bridge Road and State Road 54.

On one corner of this intersection you have a convenience store, on another a Home Depot, on another a brand new CVS Pharmacy, and directly across from that is a SunTrust Bank. We are right next to the bank. The very next driveway to the east.

From TAMPA  - Take Interstate 75 NORTH. At the exit for State Road 54/Zephyrhills go EAST (right). You will go through traffic lights at Boyette Road and Curley Road. The next traffic light will be at the intersection of State Road 54 and Morris Bridge Road/Eiland Boulevard. (You will see a Home Depot on left.) Go through this light. Our office will be the SECOND BUILDING on the left after that light, just past the SunTrust Bank.. Approximately 7 miles from the Interstate.

From NORTH FLORIDA via Interstate 75 - Go SOUTH on Interstate 75.  At the exit for State Road 54/Zephyrhills go EAST (left). You will go through traffic lights at Boyette Road and Curley Road. The next traffic light will be at the intersection of State Road 54 and Morris Bridge Road/Eiland Boulevard. (You will see a Home Depot on left.) Go through this light. Our office will be the SECOND BUILDING on the left after that light, just past the SunTrust Bank.. Approximately 7 miles from the Interstate.

From DADE CITY via US 301 - Go SOUTH on US 301 to Zephyrhills to the  intersection of  US 301 and Eiland Boulevard (you will find a CVS Drugstore and a Walgreens Drugstore at this intersection). Go WEST (right) on Eiland Boulevard about 6 miles. When you pass the HOME DEPOT on the right, you will arrive at a traffic light at the crossroad of Eiland Boulevard and State Road 54. Go LEFT. Our office will be the second building on the left, just past the SunTrust Bank.

From LAKELAND via US 98 - Go NORTH on US 98 until you reach the Pasco County line. Go WEST (left) on County Road 54. You will continue on this road for several miles. Cross over US 301 (you will find a CVS Drugstore and a Walgreens Drugstore at this intersection) and continue straight ahead. County Road 54 will also be called Eiland Boulevard at this point. Keep going until you see a HOME DEPOT on the right. Just 100 feet ahead you will see the traffic light at the crossroad of Eiland Boulevard and State Road 54. Go LEFT at this light. Our office will be the SECOND office on the left past the SunTrust Bank
