Sellers are now getting multiple offers as their homes are most in demand since Bank Owned Homes are receiving multiple offers and Short Sale Listings have discouraged many buyers. Fear is one of the strongest motivators of all. The reasons are:

- Buyers have faced multiple offers and now know the demand that exists.
