Hobbs/Herder

A few weeks back I attended a 2 day Hobbs / Herder seminar in Charlotte, NC and felt that is well worth the price. I came out of there with several new ideas and a few new friends to boot! Have any of you ever attended Hoobbs Herder? If so, was it worth it to you? If not, why? If you practice something you picked up there please let me know how it is working out.

Are there any other real estate seminars etc that you would consider a must have?

SAVE your money. Yes they have good ideas, but you could find this information for pennies compared to what they charge. They don't deliver their promises that they suck you in with at the two day seminar. I am in the process of recovering my money in Small Claims court that Hobbs/Herder has been desperately holding onto for over 3 1/2 years. They couldn't perform and didn't care that they had my money for over 7 months without delivering the materials I ordered. They are more interested in convincing you that you can't recover your money and there is nothing you can do about it. SAVE yourself and don't become another Hobbs/Herder victim.
