It's a great time to be a dog in Johnson City. Legion Street Pool hosted it's annual Dog Swim event Tuesday. The dogs basicly take over the pool for two days. (it continues today) The cost is $7.00 per dog and all the proceeds go to the Willow Springs Dog Park. What a terrific way to raise money for our furry friends. The pictures are pretty neat. The dogs are having a blast. I think I'll take Max over there later.

That is unique! I would like to visit your part of the state someday. You have the nice cool elevation and I am guessing that it is not overrun by tourists like the Gatlinburg area. Thanks for the post.

Oh my, never thought about that Kristin? I certainly hope they did. I actually spent last evening with Max at the lake. We have an area just down the street that is perfect for dogs- no people, no animals, hasn't been discovered yet. Just me and Max. Hope it stays that way! Thanks for visiting.
