Good Reading?

Any recommendations on good real estate books to read lately? I always read and reread Gary Keller's book The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. As a real estate professional I think it is my responsibilty to remain on top of the latest and greatest real estate books out there. Have you read anything that has made a difference?

I liked Diane Kennedy's, How To List and Sell Real Estate.

Not necessarily specific to real estate, but these have helped me SO MUCH with my production in real estate over the past 12 years!

The Bible, (Especially the Book of Proverbs)

Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Any Zig Ziglar book...Selling 101 is a tiny book full of big concepts!

On the subject of selling, I second Zig Ziglar. HOWEVER, I am eagerly awaiting the last Harry Potter.

Thank you both very much. I have read all 3 suggestions and couldn't agree more. Rich Dad Poor Dad was life changing. Best book I have ever read though was given to me for Valentine's this year, The Secret. I loved it.

I just started Gary Kellers book today and wow it really does take a look at real estate from a very different prespective. I can't wait to finish it.

Gary Kellers books are all Great. I have read the Millionare real Estate Agent & the Investor Book. Both are Great. If you don't think you have time. As we all now we all need to excerise too. Are a Cross Trainer and hit it for an Hour or two 3 days a week. It will put your Heart & Mind in Great Shape.

I also have been Reading about Matt Jones LCM Books. He teaches you now he list 114 homes in one year at 8%. Great Book as well.
