A couple of months ago BellSouth(who hosts one of my websites) merged with ATT. After that happened we started getting e-mails asking us to point our domain name to the ATT servers. this is easier to say than do!

I tried to contact my domain reseller(domain-authority) to get them to assist me with the technical side of this. I tried calling, faxing and e-mailing but they never would call me back.

The other day I contacted Enom who then sent domain-authority a notice to contact me and if they did not within 48 hours then Enom could help me. I am now in the Enom help me stage and still spinning my wheels.

I am sure I will get past this too and when I do then I will have to transfer that domain to someone else.

Does anyone have a suggestion on who to host my domain name once I get it unlocked? I am considering Godaddy!

I have to get all this done pretty quickly because I am sure they are ready to drop the BellSouth servers and I do not want to lose the presence of my website and especially do not want to lose the e-mail accounts I have set up.

Mike, I just went with GoDaddy last week.  It was just a matter of minutes and I was up and running!  My broker recommended them and it's like $25+- for two years!  Good Luck!

Mike - All of my domains are with godaddy. Make sure that the one you use for your website has a distant expiration date. You might find out that it's become valuable, and to buy it back could be a lot of money.
