Hi Sally!  What a beautiful, welcoming photo!  Here, our stone entrance would be covered with English Ivy since that seems to be a wonderful creeping plant that lives through our cooler winters.

And, I have to say, I love your new photo--you look quite cute and sassy!

Sally, I love these, I always think of them as pathways....to someplace wonderful!  You're never quite sure exactly what's on the other side :)

Great looking archway Sally. You really have some great pictures of your area, and some great things to take pictures of.

Nice photo and entry. Does this go to a church or what? Looks like a steeple on top of the structure.

Aloha, Sally!

I love the old stonework around the islands.  This is particularly beautiful because of the plants.  Wish I was in Hawai'i right now!

Sis - I'd almost feel intimidated walking under that arch.  That wouldn't undermine the poetic beauty of it, though.

Sally - that photo could bring out the adventurer in many people.  LOL  Being a curious type of person I would have to march right through to see what's on the other side.  Thanks for showing me yet another part of Hawaii!

Good Morning!  The picture is the entrance to Liliuokalani Protestant Church in Historic Haleiwa Town on the North Shore of Oahu (our island) which is Honolulu County.  I love historic places!

Hi Sally - I was just poised to ask you where this photo was taken, and you answered before I could ask!  It is an interesting place and I think it would be a great spot for a wedding photo.

Very cool entry way! In Montana, we see a lot of log entry ways at the driveway of homes but I've never seen one like this! Thanks for posting.

I like that - it has almost a southwest look to it.  Happy Birthday!
